He was predeceased by: his parents, Edgar Lee Barrett, Sr. and Pauline Johnson Barrett; his former wife Shirley Mae Graham Barrett; and his son-in-law Charlie Kubala. He is survived by: his wife Frances Brown Barrett; his children, Teresa Kubala Hanvey (Mike) of Anderson, Ricky Barrett (Lynda) of Manning and Walter Barrett (Nancy) of Manning; and his brother Bob Barrett of Leesburg, VA. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Manning United Methodist Church (17 E Rigby St, Manning, SC 29102). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
