She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Tom Arnold and Janie Godfrey Arnold; her foster daughter Connie Schmick; her stepdaughter Betty Foltz; her sister Virginia Gatlin; her former husband Hoyt Patton; her stepson Daniel Breazeale; and her siblings, Lila Gault, Delena Stearnes, Toby Arnold, Odell Arnold, Glen Suttles and James "Bill" Suttles. She was also cherished by seventeen grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren; and a neighbor who is like a daughter.
