Born on Saturday, February 9, 1935, in Manning, she was a daughter of the late John and Hennie Fulton Whack, Sr. In accordance with the requirements given by the CDC in reference to the Covid-19 pandemic, the Whack and Baxter families are not receiving relatives and friends at the residence.
