With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charles Evert Milam (Manning, South Carolina), born in Oblong, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 20, 2024 at the age of 92. He was predeceased by: his parents, Loren Milam and Vera Shafer Milam; his son Daryll C. Milam; and his daughter-in-law Katherine Florence Milam. He is survived by: his son Charles D. Milam of Manning; his grandson David W. Milam (Elizabeth) of Pinewood; and his great grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Milam, Callie Florence Milam and Jacob Wayne Milam. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
