He was predeceased by: his wife Peggy L. Haley Bagnal; his parents, Belton Bagnal and Bessie Bagnal; and his pets, Panzer, Chin Ho and Mandy.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Marie Haley-Bernsen (Sweet Marie) and Bernice Haley (late J. P. Haley); and his close friends, Thomas Atkins and Bruce Brabham. He is also survived by 7 nieces and nephews.
