She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Reid Blackstone and Virginia Katherine Kinnett Blackstone; her former husband James Thomas Brogdon III; her daughter Debra Brogdon Smith; and her stepson Shane Evans.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Evans; her children, Vikki Brogdon of Manning, Katherine Brogdon Rambo (Grae) of Mt. Pleasant and James Thomas Brogdon IV of Sacramento, CA; her son-in-law Doug Smith of Asheville, NC; her stepdaughter Shi Spittle (Scott) of Sumter; her siblings, Patsy Beacham (Jim) of Hendersonville, TN, Linda Patterson (Gary) of Hendersonville, TN and Charles Blackstone of Crestview, FL; her grandchildren, Lisa Smith Gebhard of Manning, John Michael Parimuha (Laura) of Manning, J. R. Parimuha (Samantha) of Manning, Graham Brogdon Rambo (Lindsey) of Mt. Pleasant, Jake Thomas Rambo (Sharon) of Mt. Pleasant and Caroline Rambo Jackson (Grant) of Mt. Pleasant; and her stepgrandsons, Brandon Spittle of Sumter and Bryce Spittle of Sumter. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
