It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Archie Thomas Gales Sr. (Manning, South Carolina), born in Marion, South Carolina, who passed away on February 18, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Paul Gales and Henrietta Owens Gales. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Holladay Gales; his children, Archie T. Gales, Jr. (Lisa Marie) of Manning, Lisa Gales of Manning, Judson Strange (Melinda) of Conway and Morgan Strange (Carrie Anna) of Manning; his grandchildren, Brooke Gales of Manning, Buddy Gales of Manning, Cede Holliday of Manning, Nolan DuBose of Manning, Judson Strange of Conway and Olivia Strange of Conway; his sister Loretta Gales Gwinn (Jimmy) of Myrtle Beach; and his pets, Andy and Scooter.
