She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend Alton J. Newton and Betty Jean Cannon Newton; and her brothers, David Newton and Danny "Cotton" Newton. She is survived by: her husband Pat Cooley of Manning; her children, Graham Cooley of Manning, Patrick Cooley of Columbia and Lauren Cooley McCullough (Dave) of Charleston; her grandchildren, Emma McCullough and Wesley McCullough; her brothers, Al Newton (Barbara) of Lake City and Mark Newton of Outer Banks, NC; and her siblings-in-law, Kristy C. Pridgen of Lexington, Kim Newton of Olanta, Pam Cooley Rodgers (Grady) of Tempe, Sabrina Cooley Uzzle (Mitch) of Holly Hilly and Tom Cooley (Cathy) of San Diego, California..
