He was predeceased by: his spouse Julia Mae McFadden; and his siblings, John Henry, Marcus, Clarence, Herbert, Waymon, Woodrow, Samuel, Jr., Louis, Eula, Julia, Ethel Mae and Mary.
He is survived by: his spouse Minnie Johnson McFadden; his children, Regina Essel (Albert), Linda Hawthrone and Dale Wilson (Leon); his grandchildren, Michelle, Albert, Jr. and DaLeah; his great grandchildren, Antuanette, Amena and Michaela; and his sister Retha M. Graham of Lynchburg, SC. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
