She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Band and Helen Band; and her son Shep Levine. She is survived by: her son Gerald Levine (Becky) of Turbeville; her stepgrandchildren, Julia Ann Kennedy (Jim), Allison Muller (Justin) and Mary Ashley Turner (Wesley); her stepgreat-grandchildren, Jennie Kennedy, Jamie Kennedy, Raina Turner, James Muller and Henry Muller; and her caregivers, Eartha Ham and Tanya Smith.
