She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Wescott Solomon, Sr. and Calperty Cusaac Solomon; her husband Joseph Tarent Thomas, Sr.; and her siblings, Sam Solomon Jr., Eleazer Solomon, Zaddock Solomon, Thomas Solomon, James Solomon, Winton Solomon and Julia Solomon Wilson.
She is survived by: her sons, Joseph T. Thomas, Jr. (Doris) of Indian Trail and David Thomas (Pam) of Holly Springs; her grandchildren, Andrew Thomas, David D. Thomas and Roshika N. Bacote; and her sister Calpernia Solomon Nixon (Roosevelt). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
