He is survived by: his children, Kenita Withers, Amanda Irving (Archie), Autumn Martin (Marcus) and Chad Winstead; his friend Wilma Baskerville; and his siblings, Steven Harsley (Linda) and Linda Pankey (Nelson). He is also survived by eight grandchildren, two great grandchildren.
