He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Holifield and Vester Holifield; and his siblings, Gloria, David and Woodrow Junior.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Holifield; his sons, Michael (Debra) and Timothy (Dawn); his grandchildren, Brittany, Hannah (Jordan), Lilian, Elijah and Samantha; his siblings, Bobby Joe and Patricia; and his great grandchildren, Kyleigh, Keegan, Tinsley, Ellie Mae and Rowan.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society in Thomas' name.
