We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2024, at the age of 92, Sue Carpenter of Lyman, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Grady S. Sizemore and Alma Atkinson Sizemore; her husband Billy Wade Carpenter; her son David; and her siblings, Grady, Tommy Sizemore and Margaret Turner.
She is survived by: her daughter Cathy Carpenter Letton (Jimmy); her grandchildren, Lauren of Daniel Island, SC and Jimmy Letton of Daniel Island, SC; her daughter-in-law Sheila Carpenter of Duncan, SC; and her sister Nancy Simpson of Leland, NC..
In lieu of flowers, Sue would want memorials made to Lyman First Baptist Church, 80 Groce Road, Lyman, SC 29365.
