She was predeceased by: her parents, Verdenia Taylor Cupka and James Henry Kemp; her daughter Sandy Michelle Rochester; and her niece Madison Marie Kemp. She is survived by: her daughter Candy Brewington (Jeff) of Duncan; her siblings, Sandra Simpson (Bobby) of Campobello and Randy Kemp (Kim) of Duncan; her nephew Robby Simpson (Eliza) of Atlanta, Georgia; her nieces, Jodi Wright (Todd) of Campobello and Jamie Clymer (Jonathan) of Fort Campbell, Kentucky; and her pet Otis. She is also survived by three great-nephews; three great-nieces.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Spartanburg and Cherokee Counties, Inc., 139 S. Dean Street, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29302, Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home, 686 Jeff Davis Drive, Spartanburg, South Carolina 29303, or to the charity of one's choice.
