She is survived by: her husband Edwin Orlando Matlock; her daughter Carol Segrest (Bobby); her granddaughter Mindy Chester (Josie); her niece Barbara Waters; her brother Hubert Ledford (Faith); her pet Tom; and her children, Francis Ruth Matlock and Edwind Orlando Matlock, Jr..
