He is survived by: his spouse Nora Gail Sawyer Worthy; his sisters, Mary McCarter and Kathi Courtney; and his grandchildren, Paula Michelle Lacy of Lyman, Joshua Dupreee Worthy of Lyman and Christina Nicholle Worthy of Lyman.
