She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Newman and Lucille Hammett Newman; and her husband Rufus Eugene. She is survived by: her daughter Melodie Stowell (Shawn) of Lyman; her sister Jane Newman Bright Orr of Lyman; her grandchildren, Shane Stowell (Hannah), Logan Stowell and Fallon Stowell; and her nieces and nephews, Jan Barnette (Donnie) and Ray Bright. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
