It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Neoma Fulbright of Lyman, South Carolina, who passed away on January 22, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Minnie McMillan Smith and Linwood G. Fulbright; her children, Sandra Tennyson, Jill Fulbright and Lanny Fulbright; and her siblings, Ralph Smith, Broadus Lee Smith, Billy Smith, Ann Turner and Rosemary Turner.
Due to Covid 19, the family requests that social distancing be observed and masks be worn.
