She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond A. Phillips and Jessie Moore Phillips; and her siblings, Jack Phillips and Rachel Phillips Edwards. She is survived by: her husband Bruce Shands; her brother Frankie D. Phillips (Mildred) of Lyman; her sister-in-law Ethel Shands Smith of Pauline; and her nieces and nephews, Al Phillips (Rose), Rick Phillips (Cathy), Paul Edwards (Carla), Tim Phillips (Julia), Patti Dempsey (Rod) and Sandy Phillips.
