He was predeceased by: his brother Bobby Dean Oliver; and his granddaughter Emma Jaine Lyko. He is survived by: his parents, Larry Oliver and Barbara Oliver; his children, Michael Oliver, Amanda Lyko (Josh) and Melissa Gwinn; his sister Autumn Golob (Daniel); his grandchildren, Brianna Oliver, Austin Lyko, Maddison Hawkins, Chyann Lyko and Bella Card; and his close friend Melanie Hood. He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews.
