He was predeceased by: his son Devin Curtis; and his grandparents, Edna Self, Walt "Bear" Childers and Ollie Mae Childers. He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth L. Curtis and Kathy Childers Curtis; his aunt Brenda; his cousins, Tina Guinn, Ken Guinn, Steve Guinn and Richie Wortman; and his close friend Russanne Coggins. He is also survived by loving son, a loving father, and will be missed by many friends and family.
