He was predeceased by: his mother Teresa Henson Bayne; his stepmother Deborah Jean Whitehead; and his grandparents, Herman James Whitehead, Joann Whitehead, Dorothy Henson and William'Bill'Henson.
He is survived by: his father Allan Dale Whitehead; his brother Allan Whitehead; his stepsister Christie Hendrix; his nephew Austin Scott Whitehead; his step-nieces, Destiny and Jessica Coleman; and his uncles, Herman Ray Whitehead and Micheal James Whitehead.
