She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Gibson Clayton; her parents, John D. Nation and Annie Lee James Nation; her daughter Pamela Suzanne Miller; and her siblings, John Austin Nation, Fred Nation, Roy Nation, Hubert Nation and Ester Coleman.
She is survived by: her children, Dwayne Clayton of Taylors, Dawson Brad Clayton of Lyman and Myra Campbell; and her grandchildren, Dawson Brent Clayton (Krista), Leslie Brown (Kevin), Robert Clayton (Lauren), Malinda Pruitt (Jason), Kayla Miller Capps (Trey), Kaci Miller and Chad Campbell (Kimberly). She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren.
