He was predeceased by: his father Donald Dewayne Strange; his brother Jeffrey Dale Tolliver; his grandparents, Elsie High, Peggy Davis and John High; and his great-grandparent Annie Massey.
He is survived by: his son Richard Dewayne Strange; his grandmother Lisa Massey Blackwell; his sister Misty Treadway (Michael); his nieces and nephews, William Treadway, Chloe Treadway and Miley Treadway; and his grandfathers, Glenn Massey and Don Strange.
