Blazonis of Haverhill, MA; his brother Joseph Blazonis of Rowley, MA; his grandchildren, Benjamin, Felicia, Joseph, Teresa, Gene, James, Destiny, Michael, Adam, Timmy and Kristen; and his nephew Joseph III. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.
