He was predeceased by: his father Felix Eugene Emory; and his grandparents, Claude "Dude" Emory, Jr., Roy and Ann Whitaker. He is survived by: his mother Karen Whitaker Nipper; his children, Austin Bernstein, Zachary Emory, Kaleb Emory, Dylan Emory and Hailey Emory; his sister Jessica Shouck (Isaac); and his grandmother Martha Emory.
