She was predeceased by: her husband David L. Self; her parents, Curtis Jerome and Mary Robinson Allen; and her brothers, James and John Allen.
She is survived by: her sons, Ronald Self (Gladys) of Lyman and Ray Self (Teresa) of Taylors. She is also survived by three grandchildren, nine great- grandchildren, and two great great-grandchild.
