He was predeceased by: his parents, Broadus Ray Starnes and Florence Corrine Smith. He is survived by: his siblings, Wendell Starnes, Trina Parrish (Donnie), Pamela Oliver, Tammy Bennett and Cindy Edwards (Dewayne). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
