We are sad to announce that on April 30, 2021, at the age of 96, Cecile Belle Payne of Lydia, South Carolina, born in Lamar, South Carolina passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Cecile Belle Payne to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband James "Jay" Robert Payne, Sr.; her parents, Connie Glenn Belle and Addie Estelle Smith; and her daughter Janice Faye Payne. She is survived by: her children, James Robert Payne, Jr. (Joan) of Ravenel, Jon Randall Payne (Sherry) of Elgin and Rhonda Jeannine Payne Hill of Sumter. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; and 47 great grandchildren.
All are invited to attend; however, masks and social distancing are required to create a safe environment for all.
