She was predeceased by: her parents, James Monroe Williams and Ruby Youmans Williams; and her brothers, Jerry Allison Williams and James Bernard Williams. She is survived by: her children, Russell Lloyd Gibson of Luray, Dana Monroe Gibson of Hampton and Jodie Gibson Dennie of Texas; and her close friend Peggy Rogers of Summerville.
