She was predeceased by: her husband James A. Boulware, Sr.; her parents, George Nathaniel Timmons and Ollie Mae Baker Vault; her sons, George Taylor and Richard Taylor; and her siblings, Duffy "Buddy" Timmons, Richard Timmons and Edna Lemus.
She is survived by: her children, Peggy Spires, James A. "Wimpy" Boulware and Gail Ford; and her sisters, Sandra Taylor, Diane Richardson and Nita Rosenstein. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
