It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yvonne Peake of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in White Oak, South Carolina, who passed away on December 13, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Rasper Jordan "Nick" Gardner and Lillie Lee Marthers Gardner; her son Leslie Peake; and her sisters, Minnie Peake, Carolyn McDole and Barbara Littlejohn.
She is survived by: her husband James Frank Peake; her children, Sheila Boulware (James) of Lugoff, Karen Boone of Westville and Mike Peake (Dee Ann) of Florence; her daughter-in-law Rhonda Peake of Lugoff; and her siblings, Laverne Smoak, Shirley Griffith, Nancy Walker, Jerry Gardner, Johnny Gardner, Harvey Gardner, Velter Gardner and Danny Gardner. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 12 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Pine Grove Baptist Church Building Fund or Gideons International.
