He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Elroy Duckworth and Mary Ann Duckworth; his brother Marvin Duckworth; and his brother-in-law Dan Trued. He is survived by: his wife Anna Mary Bauer Duckworth; his sons, Gary Milton Duckworth (Karen) and Robert Alan Duckworth; his grandchildren, Jennifer Horan (Ryan) and Jonathan Duckworth; his great grandchildren, Isabella Horan, Jake Horan and Samantha Horan; and his sister Shirley Trued.
