It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia Tipton of Lugoff, South Carolina, born in Greenwood, South Carolina, who passed away on February 8, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilson Henry Sudduth Jr. and Eunice Salter Sudduth; her brothers, Wilson Carroll "Rock" Sudduth and Merrill "Ruff" Sudduth; her daughter-in-law Terri Tipton; her granddaughter Kendal Snider; and her sister-in-law Betty Sudduth.
She is survived by: her husband Rick Tipton, Sr.; her children, Tracie Snider (Boone), Carie Girouard (Ray), Chris Tipton (Shannon) and Rick Tipton, Jr. (Terri); her brother David "Butch" Sudduth; and her grandchildren, Cody Snider, Madison, Mason Girouard and Cory Harrington.
