He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Wallace and Sarah Jane Branham Rabon; and his brother Dwight Andrew Rabon. He is survived by: his wife Margie Ann Godbolt Rabon; his children, Tony Phil Rabon, Jr. (Lesley) and Ashley Dawn Ray (Billy); his siblings, Charles Steve Rabon (Belinda), Larry Wallace Rabon and Debbie Rabon Bowers (Eddie); his grandchildren, Nathan Ray, Tyler Ray, Hannah Ray, Kaitlyn Ray and Emory Rabon; and his pet Pokey.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
