He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Marie Barns Phillips; his children, Cindy Phillips, Steve Phillips and Missy Phillips (Justin); his sister Shirley Donaldson; his grandchildren, Harry Peyton (Lauren), Scott Peyton (Marissa), Stevie Starns, Cody Phillips and Christy Walker (Eli); and his great grandchild Jedadiya Walker.
