He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Henry Moore and Vera Whittaker Moore. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Ann Moore; his children, Kim Urban (Andrew), David Moore (Bonnie), Melia Bailey (Keith), Ernest Teague (Ami) and Hollie Teague; and his sister Julie Staphins. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.
