He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otis and Isabelle Grace Goff Cunningham; and his son Yancey Shea Cunningham. He is survived by: his siblings, Blackie Phil Cunningham (Cindy), Ralph Durann Cunningham (Terry), Nadine Cunningham Edwards (Nelson) and Patricia "Patti" Cunningham Culberson (Ken); his grandson Jacob Kyle Cunningham; the mother of his child Brenda Riley Cunningham; and his niece Amber Joyce. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
