He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Samuel and Vera Blakely Skinner; his son Terry Lynn Skinner; and his brother Jerald V. Skinner. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Shuler Skinner; his daughters, Cathy Arnold and Sydney Terry; and his stepchildren, Tim McLellan (Mindy), Mandy Hayes (Jackie) and Phil McLellan (Carole). He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
