He is survived by: his parents, Patrick Michael O'Brian and Sharon Ann Varney (Conrad); his wife Kathleen Marie O'Brian; his sons, Evan Patrick O'Brian (Alexis) and Ethan Michael O'Brian; his sister Erin Lucero (Bernie); his grandchildren, Cayson Patrick O'Brian and Henry Layton O'Brian; his uncle Rick Weidman (Andy); his parents-in-law, Sheila Duncan and Glenn Duncan; and his pet Fred O'Brian.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or a Humane Society of one's choice.
