She is survived by: her children, Vernetta, Henry Jr. (Patcenia), Patricia, Nathaniel, Keith (Mary) and Sylvester (Amber); her siblings, Dorothy Gerard and Kevin Clark; her children, Jerry Fleming, Michael Wood and Myrtle Herrington (Jerry); her cousin Lillian Martin; and her caregiver Adell Bennett. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren.
