She was predeceased by: her husband Herbert Lee Chappell, Jr.; her parents, Amos Frank and Bobbie Nell Bray Horne; her children, Tina Chappell, Terry Chappell and Susie Pharr; and her sister Jeanette Dove.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Chappell (Renee), Herbie Chappell (Leslie), Tammy Hayes and Paul Torres; and her brother Kenneth Horne (Dana). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Smyrna United Methodist Church.
