He is survived by: his parents, Robert Wayne Phelps and Diana Lynn McDeavitt Phelps; his wife Bridget Virginia Phelps; his siblings, Robert James Phelps (Lauren) of Stuart, Fla. and Bethany Rose Phelps of Boca Raton, Fla.; and his stepson Maxwell Filipe.
A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Kings Mountain Chapel (3359 Jackson Blvd, Columbia, SC 29209).
