She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Riggins and Rebecca Riggins. She is survived by: her sister Elaine Bestler (Bob); her daughter Lynn Smith (Billy); her grandchildren, Rebecca Deloach (Perry) and William Smith; and her great grandchildren, Whitley Grace Smith and Perry Buckner Deloach III.
