He is survived by: his father Phillip Wayne Cooper, Sr. (Karla); his wife Lisa; his children, Daniel Phillip Cooper and Anna Brooke Cooper; his grandmother Magdaleen Windham Cooper; his siblings, Brian Cooper (Amy), Tony Cooper (Heather), Kelly Cooper Matthews (Raymond) and Kaity Dawn Halstead (Richard); his mother Odell Boulware; his brother Harold Boulware; his nephew Scott Boulware (Michele); and his sister-in-law Kim Carter Desrosiers. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
