She was predeceased by: her parents, Carland Cox and Edie Rue Lowry Collins; and her brothers, Daniel Jenkins Cox and Carland Ronald Cox. She is survived by: her husband Ronald L. Neumann; her son Phillip Charles Price (Alexis Fotini Price); her stepchildren, Cynthia M. Hopkins (Rodney) and Douglas L. Neumann; her sister Wendy Gail Cox Wolfe; and her grandchildren, Ashleigh Taylor Briske, Daniel James Briske, Hunter Grayson Neumann and Kimberly Noelle Neumann.
