She was predeceased by: her husband Bob "Hurricane" Hazle; her parents, Sydney Thomas and Josephine Baldwin Thomas; and her children, Thomas Henry Starnes, Jr. and Jodi Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Etta Marie Rabon (C. T.) and Robbie Hazle (Vicki); her daughter-in-law Laurie Starnes; her grandchildren, Jennifer Starnes, Chelsea Tindall (Michael), Paige Turner (William) and Hannah Starnes; and her great grandchildren, Riley Coppedge, Skyler Coppedge, Abigail Turner and Whit Turner.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
