He was predeceased by: his parents, Otis Guy Oliver, Sr. and Dorothy Thomas Oliver. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca Newman Oliver; his children, Guy Newman Oliver (Sara) and Bethany Montoya (Mark) of Lugoff; and his grandchildren, Andrew Oliver, Daniel Oliver, Rebecca Oliver, Kristin Montoya, Adam Montoya and Holly Montoya. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Bethune Presbyterian Church.
