She was predeceased by: her parents, Levy Shehorn and Annie Mett Shehorn; her husband John Wesley Blizzard, Jr.; her children, Don Allen Blizzard and Mary Lou Blizzard Peake; and her siblings, Junior Shehorn, Betty Lou Holt and Annie Grace Ross.

She is survived by: her sons, John Henry Blizzard, James Wesley Blizzard (Deborah) and Joe Frank Blizzard (Donna); her son-in-law Tally Peake; her grandchildren, Sandy Blizzard (Dempsey), Joe Blizzard (Brittany), Elizabeth Evans, Kristi Blizzard, Brody Peake and Zach Peake; her brother Billy Shehorn; and her niece Crystal Rhodes. She is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and other extended family.
